Dear Parents,

This is just a reminder of our upcoming free interactive sessions for parents which will provide you with information on how to support your primary school children’s mental health and wellbeing.

When:
Sessions will be taking place online via Zoom in the morning (10am) and evening (7.30pm) on the 14th, 15th, 16th & 17th of November, with a morning session (10am) on the 18th of November.

Parents who attend this online session will:

  • Explore the factors that influence mental health and wellbeing in their child
  • Learn how to build and nurture resilience within their own child
  • Be given tips on how best to support their child’s positive mental health and wellbeing
