Third Class have been really busy with Engineering Week this week. Ivor Buckley of Dell Ireland visited both classes on Monday discussing technology and what our futures homes and cars may be like, it was extremely interesting and we had differing opinions on self-driving cars!
Muinteoir Jack was working on the ‘Egg Drop Challenge’ in Room 9 and the children designed a structure to house and protect the egg before they tested their invention by dropping it with the egg inside. Our results were very successful, keep up the good work everyone!
