Flower art in room 9
We looked at American artist Georgia O’Keefe and created some flower art inspired by her work.
Professor Messy 👨🔬🧪
Third and fourth class were so lucky today, we had a visit from Professor Messy👨🔬🔬🧪
He showed us some really cool experiments about air.
He used a hairdryer to make ping pong balls float in air. He used a large air blower to suspend a football in the air, he even scored a basket with it !
We all had to opportunity to get blown in the face with the air blower….we made some hilarious faces 😂🤣

Book week 📖
This week was book week in KNS, we had great fun doing ‘buddy reading’ with Junior Infants in room 1.
We made new covers for our favourite book too.
We enjoyed visiting the book fair in the school hall.
